Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations for orders prior to the product being shipped or produced. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once the product has been shipped.
Returns
We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Returns must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note the following:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount.
- Returned items must be unopened and undamaged to qualify for a refund.
Return Instructions: All items must be shipped to our headquarters with the following:
- A copy of the original purchase order.
- A description of the reason for the return.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- A credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Alternatively, customers may opt for store credit equivalent to the full purchase amount if the item is returned in its original condition.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account and credit card statements for pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as some processing times may vary.

Factory Warranty Replacements
Warranty replacements are available for products purchased through authorized dealers (excluding Amazon). Items must be returned to Geekoto for inspection prior to replacement.
Warranty Replacement Details:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping costs for replacement or repaired items will be covered by Geekoto.
Warranty Returns Instructions:
All warranty replacement requests must include:
- A copy of the original purchase order.
- A detailed description of the issue.
